Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as specified in individual service agreements. Generally, work completed and delivered is non-refundable. Advance payments may be partially refundable if services have not yet been rendered.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or the content of any third-party websites linked to the Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to DL Minds in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $1,000 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
